Stanford University Neuroscientist explains Yoga Nidra and how it can benefit stress reduction, improved cognitive ability and improved sleep. There's lots of great stuff in here, Andrew Huberman is a font of wisdom when it comes to biohacking through behavioural tools. Amongst other great info, there is clear evidence demonstrated to show that a 20 min practice of yoga nidra after a period of intense focus accelerates neuro-plasticity (learning) by about 50%.ย
