Yoga Nidra is a profound practice of deep rest & emotional refinement. ☺️ Regular practice of Yoga Nidra has been shown to improve sleep 💤reduce anxiety 👌 & cultivate an emotional state within which we can begin to ease deep held tension & resolve complex trauma. Yoga Nidra is one of the most potent of all the yogic meditation practices, and this great potential is enhanced by the fact that it is easy & often joyful to practice. 🌈 In this video I explain the outline & some of the benefits of the practice, as well as some of my personal journey with the technique.
